We know that many individuals and families in our school community are feeling the strain of rising costs, reduced benefits, and the upcoming holiday season. During times like these, the strength of our Buhler community truly shines when we come together to care for one another.
Beginning next week, we invite families and community members who are able to do so to donate a “Meal in a Bag” to help provide food support for others in our community. Each meal includes simple ingredients that can be found via the “dinner in a bag” link located on this document: https://5il.co/3rtj9. You will also see additional food resources for those in need. See the picture for one example of these meals.
Donations may be dropped off at any Buhler school, the district office, or sent with your student beginning Tuesday, November 4th. At this time, we will accept meal in a bag donations through Thanksgiving break. Meal kits will be sent home with families who have requested food support via an internal and confidential survey.
Thank you for embodying what it means to be part of the Buhler family, a community that cares deeply for one another.

Due to water over the road in multiple locations, 82nd Avenue from Buhler to Medora is now closed.
If you are traveling to/from Buhler, please use the Buhler/Haven Road. If traveling north, you can use Arapahoe to Highway 61. If traveling south, you can use Buhler- Haven Road to 30th Street.
Transportation is working on re-routing buses in the flooded area, so please anticipate delays in student pick up and drop off on Thursday, September 11th.

On Fridays we wear MAROON!
Let's create some Crusader Magic by wearing ALL of the maroon on Fridays. Student athletes will be around to visit the elementary schools in the morning and the Crusader pride will be flowing.
Join us wherever you are and, students, we can't wait to see the halls FULL of maroon tomorrow!

Buhler USD 313 is looking to grow our substitute pool for the 25/26 school year. Substituting is a great job for those looking to make their own schedule and make a difference in the lives of students and teachers. Teachers particularly value quality substitutes so they can get well when they are sick, hone their craft at professional development, attend appointments and events, and ensure they don't need to cover for their colleagues during their prep time.
Thank you for considering this crucial role. Please share this opportunity with friends and family who may be interested! Apply online here: https://www.applitrack.com/buhlerschools/onlineapp/default.aspx?Category=Substitute+Teacher
